How-To
1. Turn off the charge pump by switching it off on the cabinet front control panel.
2. Lower the relevant material selection lever to release the pressure in the cartridge. Water will “hiss” out of the cartridge.
3. Wait for the water to drain from the cartridge. This will take up to 30 seconds. Listen for the end of the water flow. Alternatively, proceed immediately by carefully removing the cartridge to let water flow out.
4. Remove the hose from the cartridge by unscrewing the retaining ring and lifting the fitted cap.
5. Loosen the cartridge nut from its base using the Cartridge Wrench.
6. Remove the cartridge from the material bay and replace with a new cartridge. Secure the cartridge nut to the material bay using the Cartridge Wrench.
7. Reconnect the material hose to the new cartridge and ensure it is well secured.
8. Raise the material selection lever corresponding to the cartridge position.
10. Turn on the charge pump and allow the machine to reach its set pressure.
